Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Cozy Darling order. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in their original condition. You’ll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at April@ShopCozyDarling.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at April@ShopCozyDarling.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Final sale items, gift cards, worn items, washed items, and items without tags are not eligible for return.
If you have questions about whether your item is eligible, contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size, color, or style is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please remember it may take your bank or credit card company additional time to process and post the refund.
