Thank you for shopping with Cozy Darling. We want your order to arrive safely and as smoothly as possible.
Shipping rates
Cozy Darling offers standard shipping within the United States.
Orders over $30 ship free.
Orders under $30 ship for a flat standard shipping rate of $5.
Shipping rates and any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout before your order is placed.
Processing and shipping times
Most Cozy Darling orders ship within 2–5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, or other delays outside of our control.
Order availability
We do our best to keep inventory accurate, but occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order is placed.
If this happens, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and issue a refund for the unavailable item or help you with another option when available.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please allow a little time for the carrier to update tracking after the label is created.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check around your delivery area, with neighbors, or with your local carrier first. You can also contact us at April@ShopCozyDarling.com and we’ll help however we can.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at April@ShopCozyDarling.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help make it right.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice an issue with your address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at April@ShopCozyDarling.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in their original condition.
